With the situation quickly escalating in Afghanistan we thought it might be useful to send out some information on ways social care staff can support young people who may be feeling triggered by some of the things going on right now.

ISWS Ltd were invited by the Good Chance theatre company to provide specialist input into this beautiful project, that follows the journey of Little Amal, who will walk across Turkey, Greece, Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and to her final destination in the UK.

For the past 6 months, ISWS Ltd has been working in partnership with four European member states on the 3 year VOLUME (Volunteers for Unaccompanied Minors get Educated) project, funded through the Erasmus+ programme.

This training takes a blended learning approach to upskill practitioners who are/will be undertaking/overseeing Age Assessments as part of their role…
